Patricia Javier starred in several box office-hit movies. To mention a few these are: "Kabit ni Mrs. Montero" with Edu Manzano and Gardo Versoza, "Unfaithful Wife" with Ian Veneracion, "Alas Doce" with Cesar Montano, "AB Normal" with Ogie Alcasid, "Marital Rape" with Raymond Bagatsing, "Matalino Man Ang Matsing" with Eddie Garcia and Willie Revillame, "Uragon" with Andrew E., "Basta Ikaw Nanginginig Pa" with Vic Sotto, "Tatarin" with Dina Bonnevie, "Nais Kong Lumigaya" with Pops Fernandez, and "Gamitin" wit Maui Taylor.

Patricia Javier's concert last February 12, 2003 at the Folks Arts Theater entitled "Mrs. Patricia Javier" was sold out and considered the most "controversial" to date. Her newly released CD is a certified hit. What keeps her busy nowadays is her continous TV appearances in popular show like, S.O.P., A.S.A.P., The Buzz, Maalaala Mo Kaya, among a few and her nationwide tours and concerts back home and abroad.
