Jennifer Esposito Biography

Esposito was born in 1973 to her mother Phyllis, an interior designer and her father Bob, a former music producer who now works as a computer consultant on Wall Street. She enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.

She found bit parts in television and movies, but it wasn't until she was cast in the ABC soap opera The City in 1995 where she became well-known. Since leaving the show, she has landed major roles in several movies, including Spike Lee's Summer of Sam and the critically acclaimed 2005 movie Crash.
