Ashley Scott Biography

Ashley McCall Scott (born July 13, 1977 in Metairie, Louisiana) is an American actress.

Growing up in Charleston, South Carolina, Scott was a model who eventually took up acting. She was rejected for her first acting role (a part in Al Pacino's S1m0ne), but her audition tape would give her a small role in AI: Artificial Intelligence. Since then, she has appeared in such t.v. shows as Dark Angel (as Asha Barlowe) and Birds of Prey (as Helena Kyle, The Huntress), and has appeared in the movies Walking Tall, Trespassing, S.W.A.T. and Into the Blue.

She was originally cast in the pilot of the NBC Matt LeBlanc sitcom Joey in 2004, but she was replaced by Andrea Anders.

Scott, who got engaged to Anthony Rhulen in 2004, is dyslexic.
